You Get Paid

Once it sells, we pay you the net amount — sale price minus any agreed repair costs and our $3,500 service fee. You don't need to be in New Zealand.

Aug – Oct

Season opens in Auckland. Mostly dealer stock — demand is high and prices hold firm. Sellers have the advantage.

Nov – mid Feb

Mid-season. Focus shifts south toward Christchurch. Prices ease slightly as traveller-to-traveller sales pick up.

Mid Feb – Apr

End of season. More sellers than buyers in Christchurch. Price and condition become critical — overpriced vehicles sit unsold.

May – Jul

Off-season. Travellers typically sell to dealers at a steep discount. Listing with us for the next season avoids this.
